These terms govern your use of the Ethereal app (“the app”). By installing or using the app, you agree to them.

The app

Ethereal is an ambient visual app, made for relaxation and enjoyment. It is provided as-is for personal, non-commercial use, and makes no health claims.

Licence

You are granted a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the app on devices you own or control, for personal, non-commercial use. You may not resell, redistribute, or reverse-engineer the app except where such restriction is prohibited by law.

Purchases

Ethereal Pro is an optional one-time purchase made through Google Play, priced in your local currency. It unlocks every world in the gallery, including the night worlds for Nightstand and all future additions. There is no subscription and nothing to cancel. The purchase is processed by Google Play under its own terms and covers any device signed into the same Google account, via Play's normal restore mechanism; refunds follow Google Play's refund policy.

No warranty

The app is provided “as is”, without warranties of any kind. We do our best to keep it stable and pleasant to use, but we cannot guarantee it will be uninterrupted or error-free. Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts or modifies any guarantee, right or remedy you have under the Australian Consumer Law or any other consumer protection law that cannot lawfully be excluded.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Zone7 Studios Pty Ltd is not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential loss arising from your use of the app. Where our liability cannot lawfully be excluded, it is limited to resupplying the app or paying the cost of having it resupplied.

Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. The current version always lives on this page, with the date it last changed.
